Sterling Pharmaceuticals (Pty) Ltd is a Proudly South African, privately owned pharmaceutical contract manufacturer that operates out of a modern GMP facility commissioned in 2021. The facility boasts compliance to current GMP guidelines and utilises the latest technology to ensure production of reliable, consistent and quality pharmaceutical products.

The facility is temperature and humidity controlled and operated under Class 8 ISO conditions. Real time environmental monitoring, facial recognition security and camera monitoring ensure that processes run smoothly with enhanced traceability.
Pressure cascades and specially designed sampling, dispensing, and production rooms ensure the integrity of the products and safety of the operators. Innovative and modern blending equipment allow for a minimum of human intervention and product exposure.
A young and dynamic medical operational team provide for an energetic and proactive environment. This coupled with an experienced quality department allows for optimum services levels and consistent quality.
The facility currently manufactures Category D medicines, and specialises in hard gelatine capsules, powder and liquid sachets, powder containers, and tablet and capsule counting and labelling.
The in house QC laboratory provides for lot releases processes on raw materials and final products, and assists clients with stability studies.
